I have been teaching math off and on since 1986. I stumbled into teaching and quickly realized how rewarding it is to be able to assist my students in being successful and help in a small way to put them on a path to achieve their dreams. I have taken detours along the way to do some bucket list things before I get too old to do them. I love traveling. I’ve been to Russia, Israel, Turkey, Hungary and a number of other countries. I thought it would be an interesting experience to live overseas, so I got my CELTA certification and taught English in a school in the beautiful city of Prague, in the Czech Republic. I have two grown children and an old dog named Sam. I enjoy reading and working out in my yard to relax.
